Established in the Rosemont neighbourhood of Montreal as a local bakery, today’s boutiques use traditional techniques while being innovative and creative in their recipes. Au Pain Doré prepare virtually everything on the spot to ensure their customers always get freshly made products. In 2008, Au Pain Doré joined the LE DUFF Group, a French restaurant and manufacturing conglomerate, with holdings in Europe and the Americas, consisting in over 1,300 restaurants and bakeries.
