Brandon’s career in retail real estate spans more than 13 years. He joined JLL and created the Agency Retail Group in 2019, after being the top retail broker in Canada at Cushman & Wakefield (2018, 2017). Prior to that, Brandon co-founded the urban retail practice at Ashlar Urban where he and his partner Graham Smith focused on retail leasing and investment sales on behalf of private, high-net worth and institutional real estate investors.
Based in Toronto, Brandon oversees JLL’s Agency Retail Group, Canada’s only full-service team of urban retail specialists who exclusively represent urban property owners. He leads a team of six people who are passionate about transforming urban streetscapes.
Brandon earned a BBA from St. Francis Xavier University where he was a member of the top-ranked Men’s Varsity Basketball Team. Upon graduating, Brandon spent a year in South Korea teaching English and travelling Southeast Asia.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with family, travelling, playing basketball and golf.
