Nick Aspros is a Senior Vice President at JLL, where he specializes in the leasing and sale of urban grocery store transactions, urban land assemblies and the sale of structured underground commercial parking garages in downtown Toronto.
Nick’s career in real estate spans more than 33 years and he has been involved with multiple asset classes. He joined JLL as Senior Vice President in 2018, after 9 years at Northwest Atlantic, where he focused on grocery deal making in the urban core of Toronto.
Nick earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with family, cycling, running, and hiking.
